a. Approval of the May 21, 2007, City Commission meeting minutes.

b. Approval of Payroll Appropriation #1084 in the amount of $36,847.07.

c. Approval of Utility Refunds in the amount of $222.50.

d. Approval of Payment to Bottorf Construction for April Downtown Streetscape Project Construction in the amount of $27,008.46.

e. Approval of Payment to Westar Energy for Work on Streetlight Controllers in the amount of $1,042.00.

f. Approval of Payment to BG Consultants for April Post Lantern Construction Observation in the amount of $1,745.50.

g. Approval of Payment to BG Consultants for April Downtown Streetscape Construction Administration in the amount of $749.02.

h. Approve transfer of $300,000.00 from fund 48 savings to fund 48 checking to cover estimated May payments.

i. Approval of Plumbing License for Edelmans, Inc.

j. Approval of Construction Contractor’s License for Soden Construction.

8. Consider adopting a resolution fixing the time and place and providing notice of hearing to appear and show cause why such structures located at 705 Shawnee should not be condemned and ordered repaired, demolished or removed or made safe.
