Red Flag Policy
Federal Government Mandates in order to help protect against identity theft
The City of Hiawatha has implemented a "Red Flag Policy" in compliance with the Federal Government mandate to help protect against identity theft.
Anyone not specifically named on the account, will NOT have access to account information, including: account balances, account status, account usage, or any information associated with the account.
In order to access the above information, one will have to have legal documentation providing access to such account, in accordance with City policy.
