City Hall is moving to the Clock Tower
Contruction is projected to begin in April
Jim Bush, trust officer at the Citizens State Bank, and overseer for the Frances Plamann Trust History Center, states that construction should begin the first week of April.
City offices will be located on the ground floor, and the Commission chambers will be on the second floor, along with artifact displays and circulating exhibits.
