Municipal Court
Hiawatha Municipal Court is located in the basement of the Law Enforcement Center located at 413 Oregon St. Municipal Court is held every Wednesday at 4:00 p.m.
Judge Michael W. Riley presides over Hiawatha Municipal Court, and Jeanette Ward serves as his court clerk. Don Cashman is the City Attorney. Kevin Hill and Hillary Boye serve as Assistant City Attorneys.
