b. Utility Billing Deposit Refunds in the amount of $321.77.

c. Approval of Tree Trimmer License for Gamble Tree Service.

d. Approval of Tree Trimmer License for Gudenkauf Tree Service.

e. Approval of Construction Contractor’s License for J& B Construction, Brad Rosenberger.

4. Presentation of petitions, public comments and memorials.

5. Review Goodman property situation at 107 Shawnee.

8. Consider accepting the Completion of Work Certificate for the Downtown Streetscape Project and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Completion of Work Certificate.

10. Consider authorizing the Hiawatha Fire Department to provide a fireworks display for the City.

11. Consider approving the closure of Morrill Ave. from Sioux to Lodge and Lodge Street south of the businesses for the U.S. Highway 36 Garage Sales Event.

12. Consider approving the Sesquicentennial Committee to park a trailer on City property for the Ice Cream Social.

13. Consider authorizing the Quail Unlimited group to sponsor a shooting clinic.

14. Consider authorizing the Sewer Department to bid out for construction of sewer line extension to provide service to 1114 Kansas Avenue.
