b.       Appropriation Ordinance #1118 in the amount of $43,259.91.

c.       Approval of payment to Sternberg Lighting for 10 fixtures in the amount of $4,940.00 and for 361 fixtures in the amount of $164,255.00 for a total payment of $169,195.00 for the Post Lantern Streetlight Project Lights.

d.       Approval of disbursement to the Hiawatha Chamber of Commerce for the second quarter subsidy payment in the amount of $1,500.00.

e.       Approval of disbursement to Hiawatha Foundation for Economic Development for the second quarter subsidy payment in the amount of $1,250.00.
